Well I am not an internationally acclaimed world renown photographer like Joe McNally or W. Eugene Smith. Nor am I related to Ansel Adams, though we share the same last name. My photos may not be at their calibre but there is one thing we all have in common and it's a desire to shot our best. I've come into photography quite by accident, for years I've admired my sister's work, her ability to see pattern and colour, and her attention to detail. My parents kept a healthy stack of National Geographic magazines on our bookshelf and I remember spending countless hours flipping through the pages. As an amateur you might think it premature to be starting a photography blog but I thought a blog would help me to document my growth.
